Hi my name is Katie Glaser I'm starting a Go fund me page to help me make the next steps in my recovery. I'm 22 years old and have been struggling with my addiction for the past five years.
Currently I am attending a 30 day inpatient treatment program at Beauterre Recovery Institute where they have given me the opportunity to attend a year long residential program called Anchor Tides Recovery in Huntington Beach California.
This program will help me continue making improvements on my physical, emotional, and mental well being. Along with learning more coping skills, it will also remove me from my using environment in Minnesota and expose me to a new sober community of people.
My goal is to raise $5000 to help with expenses including my plane ticket, the sober house's monthly rent which is $1000, and food until I am able to find a job and start working again.
Anything will help, and every donation is greatly appreciated.
