Today at 9:00 am we lost a fighter.
If you knew my mom you know her kids are her pride and joy and our mother was for sure all we had.
Lupus is a ruthless disease.
Behind closed doors, after her smile turned into tears it was one of the hardest things to watch your loved one go through this battle.
If it wasn’t her wearing a sweatsuit to the beach just to see us have a good time or her checking out the hospital minutes after a blood transfusion just to make it to my little brothers football games. She did whatever it took!
She was literally our other half, literally our best friend!
Today was her last day on earth, her death was so sudden and unexpected but as her children we all kind of silently prepared our self for this moment in our own ways.
She taught us strength, she taught us guidance!
Whenever faith was lost she was always there find it!
My mother would really appreciate anything you have to offer towards funeral expenses, for our family’s needs and anything else we may need during this journey!
