Some of you may know but for those that don’t, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer this past August. Her original medical plan only called for surgery and then she’d be able to return back to “normal” life. Unfortunately, during surgery they found the cancer was starting to spread and that meant chemotherapy. She has now been out of work since September. We have exhausted every and all options for financial security that we could during this time. She was set to return to work this month when she fell sick with Covid. With her weakened immune system Covid took an awful toll on her body and she is still recovering. She has 6 chemo treatments left and needs help to cover bills such as rent, car payment, health insurance etc.

Some background on my mom if you haven’t had the pleasure of knowing her. She’s worked in the medical field for over 30 years taking care of patients when their families no longer can. She has gone above and beyond in her field because she cares about people! She is a beloved sister, aunt, mother, and Gigi. She’s my son’s best friend in the world. We’re asking for help so she can continue to get better and do the things she loves and has dedicated her life to.
