It is with great devastation and a heavy heart to write this, that our baby girl .

Anaya Nayeli Pantoja Reis was born May 19 at 8:08 pm at 5lbs and 11oz and decided to fly with the angels May 19 at 11:54 pm. Due to certain medical conditions involving her blood she could not make it . Her little soul is in heaven now and we are still in disbelief and in shock and could not understand why. For our family and friends who knew that we were pregnant and expecting we ask that you respect our privacy. We decided to come out with a go fund me to help with funeral arrangements and any medical expenses that come our way.

To my sweet baby girl in heaven mommy and daddy love you so so much and one day we will all meet again.
