Many of you heard that my brother Anatoly was shot while being robbed last week.. We are thankful to our Lord that he is with us and ask everyone to keep him in your prayers, that he will be restored and be able to be there for his wife and 3 boys.. He has had 4 surgeries and is at risk of losing his left leg...  On Thursday Nov. 7th, 2019; Anatoly was driving his tractor trailer home from Chicago and stopped in Indianapolis for a break and meal.. He was robbed at a Subway in broad daylight and the suspect shot him point blank above his left knee, shattering his femur and artery...  Upon getting transported and prepped for surgery, his lower leg had been without proper blood circulation for over 4 hours.  The initial surgery lasted close to 5 hours and required a vein transplant, artery bypass, and rods to replace shattered missing bone. Once the blood flow was restored, his lower leg swelled rapidly and had to be opened to relieve pressure. They are actively monitoring his CK(dead tissue enzyme count) to ensure that the leg heals properly. He has had 3 additional surgeries in the past week to remove dead or dying    Muscle tissue.. the next couple days are critical and the doctors are trying their best to save the leg.. Olga has been by his side and their three boys are being cared for by family... This is a totally unexpected tragic event that as usual, came at a bad time. Anatoly is the main breadwinner and they are in the middle of building a house. Hospital expenses and travel are going to be substantial.. please keep them in your prayers and if it’s on your heart to support them in this tough time please consider it and be blessed.. I will try to update as he progresses.. a big surgey is scheduled for tomorrow..
