Ana’s Healing Space–A Mobile Therapy Van for Rural Community

I’m Ana, a Family Constellations Therapist, and my dream is to create Ana’s Healing Space: a mobile therapy van that can travel across the Scottish Borders and rural areas of Scotland.

So many people living in small villages and remote areas have little or no access to therapy. With this van, I can bring healing directly to them — offering one-to-one sessions, Tea & Reflection Gatherings, and OH Cards workshops in a cosy, safe, mobile space.

Imagine a warm, welcoming space that comes to you — a place where healing, tea, and gentle reflection meet.

Years ago, I felt broken — like a plate shattered into pieces. Through courage, patience, and therapy, I slowly pieced myself back together. Today, I guide others through that same journey of healing and self-discovery.

This mobile space is more than a van — it’s a symbol of hope. A place where people can feel whole again, even if they live far from cities and services.
