Help Ana Tabor Fight Cancer

Hello everyone, my name is Matthew Tabor, and my mom is Ana Tabor (54 Years of age). This fundraiser was developed by me and my two brothers (Michael & Mark) who love our Mother so dearly as a lot of you may know. As hard as this may be to share, my sweet, selfless, & loving mom was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Malignant (Terminal) Bladder Cancer in January that spread throughout her abdomen. My mom is a Grandmother of two boys and two girls and spent her early years in Mexico and the majority of her life in Chicago on the Southside where she raised me and my two brothers. She is a God-fearing woman who lives by the word of God, has never harmed anyone and whose only focus was to help others before she helped herself… Despite the heartbreak, tears, laughter, love, reminiscence & continuous fight we have dealt with these past few months, we are now realizing that financial reality is setting in and only making it more difficult for all of us to help keep her tensions low so she may focus on fighting this horrible disease. As some of you may know cancer comes as a huge financial burden. My mom is attending Northwestern Memorial Hospital for chemotherapy where she is strategizing with specialists who are advising her to refrain from close contact with people due to her white blood cell count continuously dropping from chemotherapy and as she becomes very sick and weak. Unfortunately, she is unable to go through with her scheduled chemotherapy sessions as that happens. She has already had a few appointments canceled and has to wait to bring up her white blood cell count in hope that she will receive treatment the following week so she can continue to fight this horrible disease! She is now unable to work and has been more stressed than ever due to these terms. My brothers and I have been helping out as much as possible but it just doesn't seem to be enough as we all know bills do not stop for anyone! We will use the donations to help her get back on track and also to help with any extra costs related to her medical or personal expenses. We will keep you all updated as much as possible as we are all in this fight together. My Mother appreciates all of the prayers, donations, and messages.
