Anaplastisches Schilddrüsenkarzinom (Krebs)

Hallo zusammen: ich brauche dringend eure Hilfe!

Ich heiße Christian und bin 39 Jahre alt. Ich lebe mit meiner Partnerin in einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Wir haben eine 17 Monate alte Tochter. Aus einer frühberen Beziehung habe ich einen 14 Jahre alten Sohn und meine Lebensgefährtin ebenso zwei Jungs - wir leben also das Patchwork Modell :)

Vom einen Tag auf den anderen machten sich bei mir gesundheitliche Probleme in Form von starkem Gewichtsverlust in sehr kurzer Zeit (von 92 Kilo auf 70 Kilo) sowie einem dicken Hals (Ich konnte kaum sprechen) bemerkbar. Nach langem hin und her bin ich dann in die Notaufnahme. Hier wurde ich allerdings nicht wirklich behandelt und mit der Diagnose einer Kehlkopfentzündung nach Hause geschickt. Zwei Wochen später bin ich dann zu einem HNO, welcher mich sofort an einen Internisten verwiesen hat, da er meinte, mit meiner Schilddrüse ist etwas nicht in Ordnung. Dann ging alles sehr schnell... Da ich Atemnot hatte und sogar Blut gespuckt habe, kam ich früher ins Krankenhaus. Mir wurde Blut abgenommen und während einer Operation eine Biopsie durchgeführt. Die Diagnose: Anaplastisches Schilldrüsenkarzinom. Leider ein sehr aggresiver und schnell wachsender Tumor, welchen normalerweise überwiegend Frauen ab 50/60 bekommen. Für mich und meine Familie war diese Diagnose natürlich ein Schock. Seitdem bin ich im Krankenhaus und habe insgesamt 33 Bestrahlungen sowie einmal wöchentlich zusätzlich Chemotherapie. Bald ist meine letzte Bestrahlung, danach muss ich dann circa sechs Wochen bis zum nächsten PET-CT warten, um zu sehen, wie sich alles entwickelt hat. Danach würde dann die Immuntherapie starten.

Da es sich, wie bereits erwähnt, um einen sehr aggresiven Tumor handelt, welcher auch noch sehr selten vor kommt, ist meine Lebenserwartung sehr schwer einzuschätzen- auch wenn ich ein Kämpfer bin.

Dennoch muss und möchte ich meine Familie absichern. Für die Zukunft meiner Kinder sorgen, unsere Wohnung renovieren, damit ich einfach weiß, dass alle gut versorgt sind. Auch für mich muss ich einen Pflegegrad beantragen, da ich viele Sachen aufgrund meiner Gesundheit nicht mehr machen kann.

Ich weiß es ist eine hohe Summe, aber jeder nur so kleine Betrag hilft mir und meiner Familie.

Hello everyone: I urgently need your help!

My name is Christian and I am 39 years old. I live with my Girlfriend in a 3-room apartment. We have a 17-month-old daughter. I have a 14-year-old son from a previous relationship and my Girlfriend also has two boys - so we live the patchwork model :)

From one day to the next, my health problems became noticeable in the form of severe weight loss in a very short space of time (from 92 kilos to 70 kilos) and a thick neck (I could hardly speak). After a lot of back and forth, I went to the emergency room. However, I wasn't really treated here and was sent home with a diagnosis of laryngitis. Two weeks later I went to an ENT, who immediately referred me to an internist because he thought there was something wrong with my thyroid gland. Then everything happened very quickly... As I had difficulty breathing and was even spitting up blood, I was taken to hospital early. My blood was taken and a biopsy was carried out during an operation. The diagnosis: anaplastic schill gland carcinoma. Unfortunately, this is a very aggressive and fast-growing tumor, which normally mainly affects women over 50/60. For me and my family, this diagnosis was of course a shock. Since then I have been in hospital and have had a total of 33 radiotherapy sessions and additional chemotherapy once a week. My last radiotherapy treatment is coming up soon, after which I will have to wait around six weeks until the next PET-CT to see how everything has developed. After that, immunotherapy will start.

As I have already mentioned, this is a very aggressive tumor, which also occurs very rarely, so it is very difficult to estimate my life expectancy - even though I am a fighter.

Nevertheless, I must and want to protect my family. I want to provide for my children's future and renovate our home so that I know everyone is well looked after. I also have to apply for a care degree for myself, as I can no longer do many things due to my health.

I know it's a lot of money, but every little bit helps me and my family.
