This Saturday, I am running in my 13th half-marathon in Rockaway Beach. As many of you know, I love dogs A LOT. This time, I am running for Helping Paws, Inc., Founded in 1988, it is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to further the independence of individuals with physical disabilities and veterans with PTSD through the use of service dogs.

No donation is too small, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible. As always, if you cannot help financially, please send positive vibes my way on Saturday. I have been lucky to have great weather on all my training runs so here’s hoping that continues on race day. Thanks so much in advance for your generosity and kindness.
