My mom, Barb, was recently in a terrible car accident that left her with multiple serious injuries, including a fractured pelvis, a fractured sternum, two broken ribs, a partially collapsed lung, and facial bruising and lacerations. She is currently facing a long and painful recovery, and the medical bills are already piling up.

Barb has spent her life giving to others. For decades, she has worked as a preschool teacher, shaping young lives with care, patience, and dedication. She has also spent years behind the bar at several local restaurants, serving drinks (and smiles), listening to stories, and forming friendships that lasted far beyond her shifts. Barb has been a steady and familiar presence in many people’s lives, always willing to lend a hand, share a laugh, or offer words of encouragement.

We are asking for help from anyone who has ever crossed paths with Barb or been impacted by her generosity and spirit.
