Hi, my name is JOSEPH RUBACK. A number of years ago I had a heart attack. It was extremely costly and with insurance and steady payments. I have the amount down to $17,000. I am really struggling to make any more payments. I have held off as long as I can from doing a page like this, but now I I am sincerely in desperate need.
