My name is Cheli, and I am humbly reaching out for your help today something I never imagined I would have to do. My beloved father, Vicente, is fighting for his life in the ICU, and we are in desperate need of support for his urgent heart treatment.

Vicente’s Fight for Life

Just two Mondays ago, my father was rushed to the hospital struggling to breathe. Doctors diagnosed him with a heart attack, heart failure, and severe COPD. He spent four days in the ICU, where we learned the life-saving solution: an angiogram and angioplasty must be performed immediately.

We initially tried to manage the rising medical costs ourselves, paying for medicines, treatments, and partial bills. We exhausted all our savings and even searched for government assistance, but the waiting lists were too long—time my father simply does not have.

Then, the unthinkable happened.

This past Monday, my father suffered a second heart attack and was rushed back to the ICU. He is now intubated, fighting desperately for every breath. His pre-existing COPD means he requires 24/7 oxygen, adding to his discomfort and the escalating bills.

The doctors have stressed that the angiogram and angioplasty can no longer be delayed. Without this procedure, the risk of another, fatal heart attack is extremely high.

Our Resources Are Exhausted

We have reached a critical point where all our resources are completely gone. Everything we had has been used for medications, two separate ICU stays, and hospital bills. Watching my father struggle to breathe and battle for his life is heartbreaking, and the fear of not being able to sustain the life-saving treatment he needs is overwhelming.

Vicente deserves another chance at life. He is a loving father, and we are praying he will survive this battle.
