On May 9th at approximately 2:30 am, we realized our Theo was not himself. At this time he is normally laying on his back, sound asleep, accompanied by his very loud snoring. When we took him out of his cage, we realized that he couldn’t move his back legs. Our playful and energetic boy had lost the ability to play, run, and to simply be a normal young dog. After multiple visits to different veterinary hospitals and doctors, we have found out that Theo has a herniated disk in his spine. In order to correct this, Theo would need to undergo an extremely expensive surgery, just to regain some of his limb function, which would help him with being able to simply go to the bathroom on his own. We ask all of you who read this post to just give a little bit to help with this insane and sudden situation. Your kindness, prayers, and donations are all extremely appreciated in words we cannot describe. Please help your fur-ever friend and our son Theo!
