An ode to Porkchop, our friend in need.

One of the finest gentlemen I've had the pleasure of knowing is going through a tough time right now due to some unforeseen medical issues. It only takes moments for Aaron "Porkchop" Taylor to make his mark on you if you've ever had the pleasure of meeting him. A longtime member of the food service industry, Chop has done more than his share of improving people's lives through his craft and his personality. Recently while closing down El Mundo on a slow night Chop found himself alone and in need of an ambulance ride to the hospital after a wound opened up on his leg.  Not having health insurance, as so many of us understand, this ride alone was a costly but necessary decision.  He now faces not only medical bills but the loss of work for an undetermined amount of time. We ask that you give anything you can spare to help a friend in need. We set the amount for $1500 but we all know this is probably only a portion of what he may need.
