Zach was born with Aniridia, and has no iris.  In March Zach lost the vision in his left eye, due to a cataract. His Aniridia creates challenges for this normally routine procedure. His best chance for restored vision in that eye is an artificial iris implant. This is a procedure that is not covered by insurance. The iris will have to be paid for before it can be fabricated in Germany and will take 3 months to create.  Any help you feel led to give would be greatly appreciated.
I am Zach's mom and these funds will be given directly to Zach so that he can pay for the needed medical procedure that is not covered by insurance, because they have no billing code for it. Thank you
