Hi my name is Darren,I was a full time Rio Tinto employee,when on a Perth Train,I was Coward punched bashed unconcious,robbed for my phone ,then attacked again on the same train,all on CCTV. Ive met with the Ministers Office ,and the attacker was identified & charged,they no who he is ,but let him off completley,only for him to then bash another 6-8 community members,Ive been fighting for compensation for a long time now & it seems the goverment treat violent attackers better than victims.I had 3/4 teeth smashed out & because my other teeth then wore down,they were then pulled out,so I havent been able to eat properly for a long time,I also have a brain injury,teeth smashed out,nerve damage to my arm & hand & snapped tendons & liagments in my foot & the picture is from the same attack were a big chunk of my gum was also ripped off.Im currently on ndis & still doing rehab ,unable to work ,the help from the goverment has been non exisent & losing my Rio Tinto job along with the ongoing injuries has really wrecked my life.The funds will be used to fix my teeth and pay medical bills , having ongoing injuries & unable to access the help I need is the hardest thing ive been through in my life,behind having to bury my Twin Sister , I cant eat properly & if anybody wants proof of the attack or my injuries I received while just minding my own buisness,im happy to give it to them.Im usually the first one to stick up for ppl I see getting bullied ,but the PTA are responsible for everyone on their trains,only they have tried to cover my attack up ,even though its all on CCTV
