An appeal to help Mr. Khim Setimahar

Mr. Khim Setimahar migrated form Myagdi District, Nepal to Long Island, New York two years ago. We are very sad to share with you that he was hit by a high-speed motor vehicle while crossing a road in Hicksville, NY on September 30, 2019. After several hours of multiple surgeries, he is currently battling trauma injuries in Intensive Care Unit at Nassau University Medical Center (2201 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY-11803).

Members of Long Island Nepalese Society New York, Non-Resident Nepalese Association (NRNA) National Coordination Council (NCC) USA New York Chapter and Myagdi Society of New York visited Mr Setimahar and talked to the doctors providing health care treatment to access his current health conditions. We sincerely feel that his normal health recovery and rehabilitation is going to be a long term process. In this situation, we collective believe that any kind of financial help to Mr Setimahar from our community is going to be a tremendous help. We have set up this GoFund page to collect monetary donation to help the victim. We humbly request for your generous donations.
