An 83 year old with a 5 year non-compete.

Meet Gladys. Gladys is 84 years old. Gladys worked for many years as an administrative assistant at a real estate company. At 83 years old, she achieved her dream of getting her real estate license and becoming a real estate agent. There was only one problem: She had a 5 year non-compete agreement with her employer Brickell Investment Realty. Under Florida law, Gladys' non-compete agreement is not enforceable as written. But that didn't stop her former employer from suing her.

 

Please help Gladys fight. We have been representing Gladys in litigation for the past year without ever charging her a dollar. We filed a lawsuit against her former employer on her behalf.
