I am raising money to go for training:
In September, "This Able Veteran" is offering a PTSD Dog Trainer's Academy. This training will give me skills to better serve other people who suffer with PTSD. I will gain the knowledge I need about how to choose, train and pair Service Dogs for Veterans with PTSD.
The training program is hosted by “This Able Veteran," located in Carbondale Illinois. The folks at "This Able Veteran" do amazing things to help Veterans with PTSD live quality lives after trauma. They train Service Dogs for Veterans and select the veterans from the MANY APPLICANTS and match the service dogs to the Veterans. Then, the Veteran and the Service Dog go through a 3 week Trauma Resiliency Program together. This program changes these Veterans' lives. It gives them their lives back.
As a PTSD sufferer who has trained a Service Dog to help me cope with PTSD. I KNOW how important this work is and I need this training so I can give back and help give other people a new chance to live life after trauma. There are so many people that suffer with PTSD and I MUST HELP in some way.
This is a large financical investment for me and I can't do it without your help and support. Please help me to help others. Please donate if you can...

The cost for this training is $3500, plus travel (approximately $500), hotel & food ($1000).
