Amy’s medical needs

As most of you know, Amy has been diagnosed with several ailments that have severely impacted her life. She has been restricted over the past ten years in all things from sleeping in beds to taking short walks to very frequent doctor appointments. Recently. her medical conditions took a turn for the worst and she was hospitalized for the last several weeks, being in the ICU on Life support. As you can imagine, this has also weighed heavily on those who know and care for her. Amy has been hospitalized around 6 weeks so far, there has been some optimistic talk that she may go home after just one more surgery. With this awesome development, she has an immediate need for a bed that is adjustable. This will both help with her comfort and help the nurses work on her easier. We encourage your prayers for Amy and her family, and if you have the ability to contribute to their relief, we encourage you to please do so. If you are unable to financially help, please pray over this post and share it. Our goals, first and foremost, are to get Amy a bed! With that said, any extra funds raised will be going to a lightweight scooter. This would be helpful in getting and keeping Amy outside for a while. This comes recommended by her doctors.
