A little about my story: For the pass 6-7 years I have struggled with upper and lower extremities weakness. Now it's to the point where I can barely work or take care of my family. My Rheumatologist was thinking it was lupus then the drugs I was taking for the lupus then polymyositis and now they have no ideal what it is. I believe it's some kinda Neurological issues because now im having trouble with my bladder, swallowing and lungs. I have had tons of lab work, CT's, MRI's, EMG's, and I have had a muscle  biopsy.  Since my lungs has gotten worse over the last 3 months it's really imperative that I get to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota to hopefully get some answers. I just need to a little extra help with lodging, traveler and multiple testing fees.
