Help Me Get a Private Laparoscopy for Endometriosis Relief
Hi, my name is Amy , I’m 29 years old, and I’ve been living with the painful reality of endometriosis since I was diagnosed in November 2022 with stage 2–3. Before my diagnosis, I was repeatedly told by doctors that the pain was “all in my head.” It took months of being dismissed and suffering in silence before someone finally listened — but by then, the damage had already been done. The condition has taken over my daily life. Some days, the pain is so severe I can’t get out of bed. Other days, I’m curled up on the floor, completely unable to function. This illness has cost me not only my health, but also my job, my independence, and my sense of normalcy. Now, after trying every option available to me, I’ve been told that a laparoscopy is the next step to help me manage this condition and find relief. Unfortunately, the public waitlist is unbearably long, and I can’t continue living in this much pain while I wait for treatment. That’s why I’m asking for help to afford a private laparoscopy — something I never thought I’d have to do, but I’m at a point where it’s my only hope for relief. Any donation, no matter how small, would be deeply appreciated. If you can’t donate, simply sharing this page would mean the world to me
