My name is Renabelle (Belle), and I am humbly seeking financial assistance for my beloved mother, Avelina Esperanza, who is 69 years old, and is in the Philippines.

For the past two years (2024), she has been suffering from a rare form of Amyloidosis secondary to Chronic Kidney Failure and Heart Failure. This illness has taken a heavy toll on her organs, especially her heart and kidneys. She undergoes dialysis three times a week and is often hospitalized due to complications such as pneumonia, high blood pressure, low hemoglobin, edema, electrolyte imbalances, and other issues. Her life has been a series of hospital stays and brief moments at home.

On March 15, 2026, she was rushed back to the hospital because of difficulty breathing and body weakness caused by days of not eating and sleeping properly. After a week on the hospital ward, her condition got worst, with the test done, blood work, X-ray, 2D echo, and ultrasound, revealed fluids in her lungs and heart. Emergency dialysis was recommended to remove the excess fluids. To avoid invasive procedures that might cause her more discomfort, when they proceeded for the said intervention that's when her strength declined and she became unresponsive, the medical team had to move her to a different hospital with ICU facilities, when mum arrived, they had to intubate her straight away. Since then, she has been on a ventilator with her vital signs fragile, after 4days at the ICU her vitals are promising but Cardiologist already told us that her heart is struggling to pump and she had couple of chest pain during her dialysis which led to stopping the treatment.

When her doctors are happy with her vitals and series of test results , she was moved to a normal room where she is still closely monitored. Despite the mounting medical expenses, we remain hopeful and committed to doing everything possible to keep her with us. We are deeply concerned for her health and are grateful for any support to help cover her medical bills. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in her ongoing treatment.

We refuse to give up hope. She is fighting hard, and we are determined to do everything we can to keep her alive and well. I pray that God blesses everyone who offers a helping hand, a thousandfold.
