Hi Everyone:
It’s that time of the year AGAIN when everyone focuses on helping others. This year I want to reach out to you to help a single mother and daughter who recently lost their home. They are on Section 8 housing and are trying desperately to save money to put down the required amount to secure a safe place to live. The mother works for minimum wage and nets around $1,000 a month so as you can see they really need help. She works very hard and wakes up at 4am to drive to work in a car that is less than reliable. Her daughter is attending Dade Community College and working part time to help make ends meet.
I am asking you to donate money to this family by December 19th.
In the news you might have heard about Brittany Maynard who recently took her life because she was terminally ill with brain cancer. She said on her final day of life one of MY favorite sayings that I believe we should all live by…..
