As some of you may or may not know, our beautiful Amy Yardley was diagnosed with a type of incurable brain cancer. This has all happened so suddenly, it is still hard to wrap our heads around.
Last week Amy was taken to the ER because she was struggling to finish a thought or sentence. The MRI showed a mass in her brain and she was sent for an operation the very next day on Friday, 10/26. The surgery went well, respectively. Dr. Steven Gogela was amazing and removed as much of the mass as the brain would allow. Even more amazingly, Amy was awake, walking, and talking that very same day!
It is extremely hard to say what the future will hold but the next steps will include chemo, radiation, and various therapies.
Please donate. We all know what a generous, loving soul Amy is, and now it is our turn to help her and her family.
