My name is Leigh Matlak. My dear friend Amy Colombo has recently suffered the sudden loss of her beautiful daughter, Oksana Colombo.

Oksana had a compassionate and loving soul toward animals and those in need. She enjoyed the outdoors and the peace of nature. Music was indeed her passion; she was able to share her gift and talents through singing and acting with many. The impact of losing her will be with us forever.

Amy is still grieving the momentous loss of her son Tyler. Losing both of her children within three years is unfathomable.

Any parent would have difficulties returning to work after such devastation.

Amy has been a flight attendant for 36 years with an impeccable work ethic. Flying is unlike any other career, and being a single parent, she has well exceeded the productivity of most flight attendants.

Unfortunately, her schedule for October consists of multiple hotel overnights. This is too much for anyone to manage, especially with regards to "Today's flying."

Amy shouldn't have to stress over returning to work before she is ready. Needing time off from work to heal and regain a sense of normalcy is paramount. Please consider helping in any way possible to relieve her of her financial worries.

She deserves this time to mourn her daughter.
