Amy & Troy Cowmeadow

Hi, my name is Naomi and I'm organising this fund-raiser for the Cowmeadow family.

Their youngest child, Delilah, who is 3mths old has spent more time in hospital than not at this point (8 weeks and counting). They have now been transferred to Hobart, 4hrs away from home. Amy is staying in Hobart at Ronald Mac house with little Delilah in hospital down there, meanwhile they have another 2 littles at home. Troy is home on the north-west cost, trying to juggle work and 2 preschool children. They are still no closer to finding answers or treatment for Delilah - who cannot feed orally and continues to lose weight despite tube feeding etc and has also had some heart tachycardia involvement. With no answers and ongoing feeding problems, weight loss even with full tube feeding etc they could realistically end up in Melbourne yet. It would be nice if the whole family could be together in Hobart, however they don't qualify or there isn't any centrelink benefit available when a child requires long term hospitalisation away from home. If those that could, would donate, perhaps we can cover loss of wages and living expenses that would allow for the whole family to be together at this difficult and stressful time. Also prayers for medical teams to be able to find answers and treatment for Delilah.
