It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Amy Puterbaugh, who left us on Friday, November 18th, 2022. Her fiancé, Mike Moehring, her three sons, Jacob, Carson, Anders and her entire family are grieving her loss. Amy touched so many lives and considered so many people her extended family. She will be greatly missed.

As Amy was my son's godmother, I am setting up this fund to assist with expenses. Any funds remaining will go into a trust for the boys Jacob, Carson and Anders Van Lieu.

Amy’s celebration of life is on Saturday, November 26th at 11 am at John H. Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150.
