Hi Facebook community,

I have created this GoFundMe because our friend, our family Amy is in trouble right now and desperately needs our help. She recently got some serious news at a medical appointment that will tragically affect her quality of life for the rest of her years if she doesn't have a surgery that they want to schedule as soon as possible due to its urgency. However, the surgery costs between $50k-$60k and medical insurance won't cover it, and Amy was unable to secure financing to pay for it. She needs our help. Amy has devoted her life and work to serving others and helps whoever she can when she can. She has rarely asked for help and never on a public platform. I know from being her close friend/sister since we have been 7 years old how many incredible people are in her life, her amazing family and friends, and how loved she is.

Please help me show her health and life matter and not to feel helpless and hopeless. Let's get her this desperately needed surgery.
