Amy Larsen Shark Attack Survivor

On November 26th Thanksgiving day Amy was about 100 yards offshore in Maui and was attacked by a shark.   She was helped to shore by surfers and taken to the hospital with severe injuries to the front of her torso.  

The little bit of information that I have received from her family is that she is facing two more surgeries at UCLA to repair and rebuild her torso.  This is on top of the expenses of a surgery in Maui, a week in the ICU and the cost of transport from Maui back to LA.
