Hi everyone,
Sadly, my wife, Amy Johnston passed away on the 10th of September 2024 in Kettering General Hospital. She had suffered for many months with pain, went through many tests, but they failed to diagnose until recently, when she was finally admitted to hospital for a biopsy.
She was then diagnosed with High-Grade Lymphoma.
Amy was put into an induced coma in the hope that they could treat her, with the plan being she would be in a coma for around 2-3 weeks whilst being treated. Unfortunately, she wasn't responding to treatment and things took a turn for the worst. She had a tumor breakdown which caused her to go into multiple organ failure, and she passed within a few days.
We are devastated. Amy was such a kind, loving mother to our 3 children - she doted on them and they meant the world to her. They are very young, the youngest being Nellie - 4 in October, Teddie - 5, and Isabella - 9 in November. Obviously this is going to be a major impact
on them, not to mention myself.
Reluctantly, I am asking if you could please donate to help fund the funeral for Amy. Every little helps, we would be forever grateful for any support. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and please share, even if you can't donate as this will be a big help.
Thank you so much.
Luke Johnston (husband) and family.
