My name is Scotty Helton. My wife Amy Helton and she had COVID. She has been in hospital for about 80 days on a ventilator. She is needing a reconstruction surgery on her throat. They can only do this at Vanderbilt. She cannot travel by road, she will have to be flown by air. She will also possibly have to have a lung transplant. We have two young boys that miss there mother. They have not got to see here in months. We would really appreciate any help.
