Amy (Ringer) Gold, raised in Galt, CA, was teaching at Lake Canyon Elementary School.  She was always so happy and full of life and wanted nothing but the best for her students and family.

Sadly, on Thursday December 15th, her father found her dead in their family home. She leaves behind her 6 and 4-year-old daughters, loving husband, parents, siblings, and many other wonderful family members and friends.

The Lake Canyon Elementary Staff, along with many other community members, would like to help the family pay for some funeral costs, provide gift cards for dinners and start a scholarship fund for the girls.  Any and all donations will go directly to the family to be used according to their needs. We are collecting donations until January 10, 2017.  Steve Ringer,  Amy Gold's father,  is the beneficiary to receive these funds. Thank you in advance on behalf of the Lake Canyon Elementary Staff!
