Amy’s fight against Lymphoma

My name is Amy and at 27 weeks pregnant and 25 years old, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. My beautiful daughter and rainbow baby was miraculously born at 38 weeks. My husband and I are so blessed to have her. This diagnosis has been a difficult one to accept, and I am now facing a long and difficult road ahead.

I am writing this GoFundMe to ask for help in preserving my fertility and paying for all of the medical bills that stack up from chemotherapy and tests. The treatments for lymphoma can have a devastating effect on fertility, and we are in desperate need of financial assistance to help me preserve my fertility. Insurance does not cover any portion of the shot I need. The monthly shot is extremely expensive and is required for the duration of my 6 month treatment. Egg harvesting is not an option because we need to proceed with treatment immediately. In addition to the monthly shots to preserve fertility through chemotherapy, the chemotherapy itself and the test associated with treatment stack up quickly. I am asking for your help in raising the funds necessary to help pay for these medical bills. Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. Please help me preserve my fertility and help me with my treatment so my daughter does not grow up without a mother and siblings.
