My name is Allyssa. I had the best best-friend anyone could ask for. She was more a sister to me. Her name was Amy Coleman. She was an amazing little peanut. She was kind, loving, supportive, incredibly stubborn and just... awesome. She loved penguins more than anything in the world. She even had an adorable little waddle she did when she was excited. She also loved Evanescense (who we saw in concert recently), Dr. Who (especially David Tennant), the New England Patriots, the colors purple and blue (definitely not pink. She hated pink!), Sushi, all things feline, and especially her family, friends, and dear boyfriend, Eric.

 

She passed away this weekend, suddenly and very unexpectedly. She seems to have succumbed to complications of her Diabetes. Words can't quite cover the shock her family is going through right now.

 

I've been asked by her family to start this fundraiser to help contribute to her final costs. Anything you can spare will help her family. It will go directly to the final expenses, and anything left over will go to caring for her beloved cat Bubba and donations to charity in her name.
