Amy & Brian Thompson

Donation protected
Amy & Brian Thompson were involved in a hit & run accident, on their motorcycle, on Friday, August 16, 2019, near Wilmington, Ohio, around 9:00 pm. They both sustained multiple injuries, as they were both thrown off their bike and left in an unconscious state. The driver of the other vehicle left the scene, leaving my parents in the street on their own.

Brian has been released from Kettering Hospital, as of 8/19/2019 and will be having Home Health come in to assist with his recovery.  Amy was discharged from Kettering Hospital & admitted to the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program.  She is expected to be there several weeks/months.

To read Brian's story on Facebook, please visit: Brian Thompson

Their injuries include:

Amy: Shattered humerus bone (plates & screws inserted), broken wrist, broken finger (with the bone exposed), broken pelvic bone, a broken tailbone, and road rash.

Brian: Severe broken collarbone, 4 fractured ribs, a partially collapsed lung, and road rash.

If you feel moved to donate, it will be greatly appreciated & the money will go directly to their medical bills.  They will be paying for all of their medical bills, etc., as insurance will not pay much (since the other driver has not been identified).  As you know, medical bills pile up, especially when you are out of work due to the accident.

If you are unable to donate, don't feel bad.  Please take a moment to share this GoFundMe campaign, to spread the word.

Thank you & God Bless <3
