Hi everyone I'm starting this with the hopes of helping my 70 yr old father pay for lymphoma treatment. He starts his year long treatment next week and we recently found out it is $986 a month for the whole year. In the last 5 years he was hit by car while crossing the street and the driver raced away leaving him in the middle of the street he spent a month the ICU with multiple injuries to his head, back, knee and interal injuries, was required to have a pacemaker implanted and lost his ability to move around freely and easily like before, lost out on his ability to rehab his injuries due to COVID shutdowns. Then 7 months after the accident a few days after Christmas he came down with severe case of COVID and was put into a medically induced coma for 5 weeks, spent months in hospital further declining his overall health and ability to really do anything. Months in hospitals and paying nurses for home care have really drained my parent's financially and now he's in a experimental lymphoma treatment that will supposedly make him cancer free in a year but the expenses are crippling to them. My father was always active and generous with in the local community donating to charity and helping others in need and I'm just trying to help him now that he's on the other end of it. Thank you anyone for reading this and any help will be absolutely appreciated to the fullest.
