Hi! My name is Traci Hines. I've always had a love for theatre, movies and acting. Two years ago I watched the movie, "War Room" and afterwards I was intrigued by the performance of the actors so I googled them and I stumbled across AMTC. (Actors, Models, Talent for Christ, non-profit 501c(3) Christian ministry, founded in 1982). This is where lead actor T.C. Stallings received his start/preparation into the entertainment industry.
Fast forward 2 years....March, 2017 I decided to step out of the boat and take a leap of faith. I traveled to Seattle, WA and auditioned (acting)for AMTC and guess what? I received a callback and I've been accepted into the program. Now the real work begins. I'm currently training, via daily online lessons, webinars, attending monthly workshops in LA, preparing for a photo shoot and dress rehearsal. This preparation is to get me ready for "SHINE" which is a 3 day talent conference presented by AMTC. I will be attending in Los Angeles CA , September 1-3, 2017, with the opportunity to perform in front of talent agents, casting directors and VIP's in the industry. The word says... my gift would make room for me. Well...my gift could possibly be opening doors that would never have been opened if just sat on my couch. Therefore, I'm willing to step out and use my talents and gifts to be a light in Hollywood.
With that said I need your help because like anything worthwhile, it's going to cost something.
The funds I'm requesting is to cover the cost of the conference/room/airfare, travel expenses for workshops, photo shoot, training, etc.
Along with your financial support I ask that you pray that I stay strong, courageous and moving only under God's direction. I thank you in advance for your support and for partnering alongside me on this journey.
