Hello, I am Dennis Trejo and am Luis's roommate. Unfortunately, he has been hospitalized since 3/26 and what started out as just pneumonia and has turned into having heart valve surgery on 4/6. He is currently at LB Memorial.

Those of you who know Luis, know that he is always such an optimistic and playful guy, and this hospital stay has taken a toll on his life to say the least. He is a wonderful musician and great friend and wonderful roommate. I haven't known him for very long but he has always been such a kind and understanding roommate. I know a lot of his friends would say the same.

I am asking for your help to have him worry about less once he is out of the hospital, which we aren't sure when that will be. We also aren't sure what his hospital bills will look like but anything will help. This money will also go towards his rent to make sure he still has a place to call home once he is out of the hospital.
