This campaign is in memorial to a dear friend, who passed away at the age of 31. He was a protective brother to his friends, a caring son to his parents, an adoring husband to his wife, and most recently an ecstatic father to a baby girl.


I have had the unbearable duty of informing friends of the passing of my friend, my brother - Amrinder Singh. 

Amrinder passed away unexpectedly last weekend in Gurgaon, India at the age of 31. His passing was the result of an undetected and misdiagnosed complication which arose over the past several weeks. Amrinder was surrounded by loved ones during his final days.

Those of us who ever interacted with Amrinder knew that he was not only an amazing friend but also a spectacular human being. He was one of the few people that I knew that was able to bring a smile to anyone's face, got along with everyone, and offered a helping hand no matter the consequences.

Many years ago Amrinder was unexpectedly forced to move back to India along with his parents which, to say the least, was a difficult transition. As a result of his hard work and dedication he was able to build a life again which he was just starting to enjoy.

In November 2017 Amrinder married Prabhjot. Just a little over a month ago their daughter was born. His wife lost her husband far too soon. His daughter lost her father who she will never know.

The grief this family will face is unimaginable.

We can't bring Amrinder back, and we can't take the pain away from his family.

But, we can do something.

The road ahead for this family will be difficult and full of obstacles. The last thing I want his family to be worried about during this time is money.

The funds given to this account will be used to take stress away from the family and support them in this difficult time and beyond.
