On Saturday Feb. 12, 2022 at approximately 5pm Tom was riding his Motorcycle home when a vehicle cut him off by swerving into his lane and running Tom into the median. Tom is an extremely experienced driver and has been riding for well over 30 years. Whether the vehicle cut him off intentionally or not is unknown, but Tom tried his best to stop and not hit the vehicle, but there was not enough room to prevent going into the median. This happened on the 168 Northbound at Ashlan underpass. Anyone with information or witnesses who seen the vehicle are urged to contact Fresno PD, CHP or you can message me on my facebook page. My Brother in Law didn't deserve this, no one does. Tom is a hard worker a good dude, a constant volunteer at our church and a Good Christian Man.

Tom sustained a fractured orbital cheekbone, he had a small tear in his brain that was bleeding, he lost a couple teeth and road rash on the left side of his body. Tom's motorcycle was totalled. Medical bills are mounting and being Self Employed Tom's income stops until he is healthy enough to go back to work.

It is truly a miracle Tom survived the impact, the trauma to his head and body was enough to have him seriously hurt if not demised. The family is Thankful to God for sparing Tom and now we are asking Family and friends to contribute and assist Tom financially. I know the amount I put up there is a high amount but honestly when Tom is done with all the past, present and future medical bills I'm sure the bills will be more than the amount I set as a goal. Plus I have Faith that with all the friends and family Tom has we can all contribute and reach the goal. God before us, who against us?
