Eye Surgery

My cousin Nicusor is 24 years old and lives in Romania. He has since last year a sickness to the eye that is rapidly destroying it, he needs a surgery as soon as possible in order to not loose his sight. The surgery will be made in Hungary and will cost 5000€. We the family are also giving all we can,but we are not rich and we are not capable to raise the whole sum necessary for the surgery.
