Amputation Surgery for my Dog Smoh-Teyr
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Casey. On March 8th my dog Smoh-Teyr (Means bow in Yurok) got out of my moms back yard and unfortunately was ran over on Central Ave in McKinleyville.
She is stable but she will need surgery on March 10th to amputate her broken femur. It breaks my heart, she is a member of our family and I love her so much. I’ve been in so much pain seeing her like this and need help paying for her upcoming surgery.
It is very hard for me to make and ask for this. The surgery and ER expenses are a lot and I can not pay them alone. I’m currently suffering with my own medical problems prior to this accident and will need surgery in the upcoming months. I am shallowing my pride for the love of my dog so we can get her this surgery. Anything helps and I can not thank you enough.
Smoh-Teyr is a loving border collie who enjoys cuddling, giving her paw to hold, and chewing on her toys. She’s a smart dog who helps me with my own anxiety and has helped me get out of some of the darkness moments with my mental health. She’s a young dog only 2 about to be 3 who will be able to fully recover and adapt to three legs.
The funds will go directly to paying her surgery and ER bills. Thank you again.
