I am Lucy Oigbochi, a filmmaker based in Lagos, Nigeria. My passion for the art of filmmaking, coupled with my journey as a visual producer and production manager, has led me to create short films, music videos, and documentaries.

I wanted to tell a story from inside a deaf world - not about suffering or overcoming disability, but about the redefinition of strength. Shade, the protagonist, does not become heroic because she 'fixes' her condition. She becomes whole because she stops trying to.
