El 18 de Noviembre, de repente, perdimos a nuestra hermosa Madre y Abuela, Amparo Rendón, a los 58 años.
Una protectora, madre, abuela y suegra ferozmente amorosa.
Ella luchó contra la mala salud durante muchos años, siempre valiente y tercamente, pero finalmente sucumbió a su enfermedad esta semana. Ella deja 5 hijos, 8 nietos y todos ustedes, familiares y amigos, que comieron con ella, celebraron con ella, bailaron con ella, adoraron con ella y pasaron tiempo con ella.
Recuerde a Amparo como una cocinera increíble a la que le encantaba cocinar y compartir comida con otros, incluso cuando solo tenía poco. Todos fuimos más afortunados, más felices y gordos por ella. Su mayor alegría y felicidad se expresaron cuando bailó salsa y cumbia, y su tristeza más profunda cuando cantó junto a banda y mariachi.
Pensamos que teníamos más tiempo para prepararnos para el futuro, sin saber que nos la quitarían tan pronto. Solicitamos humildemente cualquier donación que pueda proporcionar para ayudarnos a pagar los servicios funerarios, la cremación, el servicio religioso y la recepción para su familia y amigos. La hija de Amparo, Melissa Solorio, estará a cargo de sus gastos finales.
Esperamos recaudar este dinero para lo que hubiera sido su cumpleaños, el miércoles 27 de Noviembre, para poder pagar el costo de la cremación y la morgue y avanzar para programar su cremación. Amparo será incinerada en Las Vegas y llevaremos sus cenizas al sur de California para celebrar su vida. Compartiremos con ustedes las fechas y el lugar para el servicio y la recepción de la iglesia tan pronto como los tengamos, esperamos que sean en la segunda semana de diciembre.

On November 18th we unexpectedly lost our beautiful Mother and Abuela, Amparo Rendon, at 58 years old.
A fiercely loving protector, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law.
She battled bad health for many years, always bravely and stubbornly, but finally succumbed to her disease this week. She leaves behind 5 children, 8 grandchildren and all of you, family and friends, who ate with her, celebrated with her, danced with her, worshipped with her and spent time with her.
Please remember Amparo as an amazing cook who loved cooking and sharing food with others, even when she only had little. We were all luckier, happier and fatter for it. Her greatest joy and happiness were expressed when she danced salsa and cumbia, and her deepest sadness when she sang along to banda and mariachi.
We thought we had more time to prepare for the future, not knowing that she would be taken from us so soon. We humbly ask for any donations you can provide to help us pay for the funeral services, cremation, church service and reception for her family and friends. Amparo's daughter, Melissa Solorio, will be in charge of her final expenses.
We hope to raise this money by what would have been her birthday, Wednesday, November 27th so that we can pay the cremation and mortuary cost and move forward on getting her cremation scheduled. Amparo will be cremated in Las Vegas and we will bring her ashes to Southern California to celebrate her life. We will share with you the dates and location for the church service and reception as soon as we have them, we are hoping these will be in the second week of December.
