Over the past two years, every second Monday we've gathered, communed, cried, celebrated and shared our stories together through art.  We've created community and network.  We've circulated money, love, and inspiration amongst each other.  We've built a family.

It's been a beautiful and emotional journey... and guess what?  We have pictures that document it all and we're sharing the story of us starting with day one.

We're creating a period piece through our photography storytelling exhibit titled '& Mondays Were Never The Same: The Story of Second Mondays'.   

For our second Anniversary, in October, we're creating this exhibit and debuting it in a store front in downtown Oakland.  We'll have a socially distance opening ceremony, host appointment only viewings and the works will be visible to people walking past the windows.

All funds from this fundraiser will go directly to the building of this exhibit which includes printing and framing the photos, exhibit materials, products to routinely and properly sanitize the space for safety, marketing, equipment and supplies.

We're asking for $5,000 by September 18th to give us space and time to construct the exhibit before our debut in October.
