Hello World! I'm Chef Nancy!
I'm 27, an original Georgia Peach, and for the last eight years I have spent my time learning and perfecting my love of food. In 2012, I left for Miami, Florida to pursue my dream of becoming an Executive Chef. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University and have been blessed to work under so many talented chefs.
Last year, I graduated from the Marriott Voyager Leadership Program and was ready to take on Miami. However, Covid-19 displaced me and brought me home. It didn't stop me from cooking though. Since then I launched my mobile business as a private chef where I have been providing in home dinners, meal preps for clients, caterings for small weddings, and selling hot plates out of my home to close friends and family.
I'm now ready to bring my food to the masses. Amorous Tacos is a family owned business that I recently started with my sister. Our popup restaurant will feature seasonal signature tacos with a Miami southern fusion. We have completed most of the leg work needed to open including our planned location. For the last few months we have sat down with possible investors but no luck. So now I'm asking my friends family and network for your support.
Help me open Amorous Tacos in March by donating to my startup campaign. My startup cost is only $5,000. This will go towards the lease for the location, items needed for the business, marketing etc. I have my business plan with long term goals of purchasing a food truck if you are interested.
Amorous means falling in love and February is the month to celebrate love. I will be running all types of specials and bookings to go towards raising these funds. So please donate, purchase of book me this month.
Thank you for your support in helping a young entrepreneur bring her vision to reality.
