Funeral/Burial Costs for Amna A.
Amna Abdulbari was born October 11, 1995 and passed away suddenly on May 18, 2018. Amna was an amazing artist, daughter, sister, friend, student and all around compassionate soul. She was an amazing aunt to the nephews she helped raise, Layth and Zaki. I (Elizabeth Valencia) have known Amna since I married her older brother Ata and moved to Indianapolis when she was around the age of 7 years old. Amna was a wonderful sister-in-law to me during the past 16 years.
Amna's smile was contagious. She was a social butterfly and made friends with everyone.
Amna was kind, helpful and always compassionate. We are devastated by the loss. May her soul be in eternal peace. Amen
I am helping the family raise money to help pay for funeral expenses and to assist her family in this trying time with bills that are already due. The funds will be transferred to my account and Amna's brother, Ata Abdulbari, will then disburse the money this way:
$2,500 of the funds will be given to pay back loans to family members for Amna's funeral and burial expenses.
$2,500 of the funds will go back to Amna's parents to make up for the rest of the funeral/burial costs.
The remaining money will be given to Amna's father, Said Abdulbari, to pay their mortgage, electric bill, insurance, phone bill, food during the month of June/July while they establish a new normal for him, his wife and their 4 kids still at home (Tagreed, Abdul-Rahman, Ahmad, and Mujahid).
Thank you to all of you for your concern and kindness during this devastating loss for everyone.
Below are pictures of Amna's art work.
We miss you already!!
