Ammathanal 2

Ammathanal 2 is an initiative by KCYL Edackat Forane along with Knanaya catholic Houston Yuvajanavedhi as a helping hand to assist mothers who have made significant sacrifices to raise their children with special needs. The first Ammathanal event was held in 2017 by KCYL Edackat Forane, which was initially meant as an event to honor these mothers, but it has grown in popularity and reach that resulted in the acquisition of enough money to buy wheelchairs, hearing aids, and other essential equipment for children with special needs. This year, KCYL Edackat Forane is collaborating with Houston Yuvajanavedhi to host Ammathanal 2 on August 5th, 2023, with the goal of helping even more children.

The purpose of Ammathanal 2 is to provide support to mothers who have raised children with special needs, recognizing their hard work and the sacrifices they have made. The event has grown in popularity and has helped numerous children receive the necessary equipment to enhance their quality of life. The upcoming Ammathanal 2 event aims to raise even more funds to support the cause and make a difference in the lives of these children and their families.
