On January 28 we packed you in the car with hopes for a quick in and out at the ER. The previous week mommy and daddy knew something was wrong with our feisty little girl you were not yourself. You tried so hard to walk but you kept falling and running into walls your doctor diagnosed you with cerebral ataxia and an ear infection but you were not getting any better you were so broken, hurt, and tired mommy and daddy would understand what you were going through our lives change that day in the ER.

You were flown to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia with a guesstimated diagnosis of an AVM to the back of your brain. However the doctors feared it was much worse than what they had previously predicted. When the attending sat us down they explained you have a large tumor in the back of your brain the amount of fluid in your brain was comparable to the feeling of being shot. You were hurting all this time and we never knew.

As the weeks went by your days were filled with a non-stop commotion. You had a shunt drilled into your brain to relieve the pressure. You fought through two brain surgeries with a combined Downtime of 15 hours.

On February 5 just 24 hours after your second surgery you’re officially diagnosed with Medulloblastoma, brain cancer. Since then baby girl you have gone through five months of nonstop intensive chemotherapy and three stem cell transplants And we have lost count of how many times you have been pricked probed or stressed. It has been an intense journey but you continue to fight,laugh, smile, and hope for brighter tomorrows. Just a few weeks ago we were told you need radiation every day for two months.
